So like, I came out. Like, you been there for it. But I booked different rooms. I pretend to be, like, on a different floor every other couple of weeks. Like when I'm teaching people. You pretend? Well, yeah, because I can. They don't know who I am, why I'm on that floor.

And I booked the prettiest fucking rooms that have the best view of the river or of Hollywood Cemetery, depending on how I'm feeling. Do I want to show off this type of TV? This type of chair, like our building is dope. So I do switch it up like nobody really knows what I do. They just all know me. People. I have friends on each floor, but like I love them. Some of them know what I do and they respect it because like, you know, some of those conversations have become like friends,

If you've got, like, six rooms with views of all different. Six rooms. Yeah, it's six fucking floors. There's a cylinder side of the building and there's a square side of the bed.

I have nice cubicle, high walls. Like, really high walls. Like, I. Have. Almost like an office because I've got a nice cubicle, but everybody else be hating. I got the short stubs. What I'd love to have the podcast studio set up in is a place that has, like. A conference room. Well, glass behind us that overlooks something that every camera angle is going to have us, as well as the city behind us.

[00:28:26] I teach all my new hires how to book rooms, which is probably why I've run out of rooms, because these. I got to stop showing people my tips on how to book rooms because people have caught on. I taught to many motherfuckers how to do it before. It used to just be like stuff managers did, but now, like, everybody be booking rooms for like random days, random times of the day just to go work in a room. But most of the people that are like on like phone agents, they are actually like in their cubicles. They got. Their three steps. Yeah, they got three screens. They were like shackled to the time clock, you know.

[00:28:56] But like managers, what I do like teach all day, you know, like and when I was a manager, if I got sick of my team, they were getting on my nerves. Too bad. Be like, book a room. Sometimes you got to disappear. Because you cannot be constantly giving people the answers to shit at jobs. They got to figure that shit out or write down every motherfucking you say.

Because, like, I only do it once every three months and I need to be able to do it without bugging you every time, right? I, I've learned quickly that, like, not everybody is a motherfucker that can be shown something once or twice and gets it. Like sometimes people, people need to be doing, they do shit. On the processes. Like the process is the process like intuitive and sensible, or is it like you got to just know shit because nothing about it is obvious?

[00:29:56] Like, can you go in and fill in all the things with stars next to him? No. And you're going to be good, or is there some bullshit you have to know just because you have to know. Him well, you know how there are people who are just, like, intuitively good at things, like lay people that are good with computers, people that like understand tech, like simple tech issues and how to fucking Google. And they know how to troubleshoot some things like I just. The way to think somebody think yes, yes. And like some of the processes can be confusing.

[00:30:24] Especially like the team I used to manage, like we had different processes for different products. So we they were constantly depending on what type of fucking call came across the desk. Like you didn't know what system you were going to be at until you got that customers account number. Then it was like, shit, what? How many, how many four systems do I need to pull out to get through this fucking call? You know, like it's it is. There's so many other things that are in efficient. I think more. You got to act as multiple different departments all at the same. Yeah. That was like how it was at the job I was managing.

[00:30:53] So I just it became quicker for me to just like give them the answer. Like every time give them the answer. But then after like six months, you're like. You still ain't getting there. Yeah I know. Like, is this a systematic. Is this a system problem? Sometimes you just. Done. Like not dumb. Not dumb. Yes yes yes. Lazy. I think it's more lazy to like some people just. Don't just don't. They don't look up stuff themselves because they don't know how to look with their eyes, not their mouth. Some systems don't even give you the answers when you look them up. Oh.
