Black Manatee, Car Chaos & Bison Trouble | The Mason & Friends Show #1046

About this Episode

The rickety ship sails again for episode 1046. Mason starts with a car problem that turns into a perfect Mason & Friends story: brake and clutch sensors rigged with zip strips, a bucking drivetrain, and the discovery that the car somehow made it home while basically out of gas.

Mike follows with the birth of the Black Manatee, a cosmic-painted manatee pottery piece from a family birthday outing. That trip also leads into a much less funny scene involving another parent at the pottery shop.

From there, Mason and Mike drift through bad drivers and Northern Virginia traffic, a Yellowstone bison video, childhood electrical disasters, reading and critical thinking, music, politics and media, Black history and the Black Panthers, teachers and school, workplace frustrations, winter work, overtime, and the value of getting home and enjoying your life.

Uncensored comedy, stories, arguments, and whatever else appears in the murky water — The Mason & Friends Show, sailing since 2017.
